Each chalet has been thoroughly thought out, where every item of furniture and everything within the chalets has been added with one thing in mind; the total comfort and luxuriousness for all that stay.

Skiing on Hakuba's Olympic rated slopes of Happo is not the only pleasure in store for you. The Phoenix Chalets are characterized by a generous interpretation of space and luxury. These boutique style, fully equipped apartments are nestled in the forest adjacent to the Phoenix Hotel. Newly built, these 2 and 3 bedroom Chalets have stylish, sophisticated modern interiors and provide innovative design techniques, individualism, solitude and the essence of what makes a great condominium experience just that much better.

The Phoenix Chalets are two storeys both with 2 & 3 bedroom deluxe apartments with large open kitchens and comfortable lounge areas, The 2 bedroom apartments are equipped with 2 bathrooms and have bedding combinations for up to 6 persons and the 3 bedroom apartments with 3 bathrooms are able to sleep up to 8 persons again with multiple bedding configerations. All apartments have been set out in a way that comfort was the first thing in mind when they were designed and this is a central theme in all apartments.

Phoenix 3 Bedroom Chalets Chikumagawa, Asama, Saikawa and Himekawa each take their names from local rivers and mountains in the Nagano Prefecture. The Phoenix Chalets are two storey, 3 bedroom, 6 person (Asama, Chikumagawa) or 8 person (Saikawa, Himekawa) share apartments with 3 large bathrooms and a huge bath to soak in.

Phoenix 2 Bedroom Chalets Newly built and maintaining the same sense of style and sophistication with a layout more suitable for smaller groups or families. The Hotaka, Kamikochi, Togakushi and Tateyama Chalets are named after spots of magical beauty which make Nagano Prefecture a premier destination in all seasons. Two storey, 2 bedroom, 4 person share apartments with two large bathrooms and a view onto the mountains behind from the expansive second floor living and dining area.
