Hygiene Precautions
Our priorities at Ski Japan Holidays remain the same. We are committed to providing you with a safe and relaxing stay at all our properties. Expectations for cleaning and disinfecting have changed and we have taken additional measures to ensure our guests enjoy a worry-free stay.
All our properties do have electronic thermometers that you can easily check your temperature with.
Disinfectants are extensively used during cleaning, especially in locations frequented by large numbers of people.
Hand sanitizers are now available at all our self-contained properties.
If you are feeling unwell in any way, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will advise what is the best course of action.
If there is anything, we can do to make your holiday with us more special please do let us know and we will try our best to be as helpful as possible. We do hope your stay with us is a good one and you stay safe and healthy.
